Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 19, 2026

FLYIN/MV ("we", "us") operates flyinmv.com and related web applications we build for our practice and clients (collectively, the "Services"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

FLYIN/MV is an independent creative practice. For privacy questions or requests, contact us at [email protected].

Information we collect

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

  • Account and profile information when you sign in with Google or another provider (for example, name, email address, and profile picture supplied by that provider).
  • Application data you submit or generate while using a FLYIN/MV web application (for example, form responses, files, or workflow data required for that app to function).
  • Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages or features used. We may use analytics tools on the public website to understand traffic and improve the site.
  • Communications if you email us or use contact features on the site.

Google user data

Some applications use Google OAuth or Google APIs. When you connect a Google account, we receive only the data and OAuth scopes shown to you on Google's consent screen. We use that data to authenticate you, provide the application features you request, and maintain security. We do not use Google user data for advertising. We do not sell Google user data. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How we use information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services;
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • Respond to support requests and communicate with you;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Sharing and processors

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who help us run the Services (for example, hosting, email, or infrastructure providers) under contracts that limit their use of the data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Application data retention depends on the specific product; you may request deletion as described below.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. You can revoke Google access for an application at any time in your Google Account permissions.

Children

The Services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy.
